We hope you love your Merino Basics products but we understand that you may change your mind. We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles.

Please be advised that if the returned items are received extremely wrinkly or with stains/dirt (for example makeup, hairs or dust), we won't be able to process your return. In cases where the stains are easily removable, a cleaning fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, head wear and socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Gift cards and gift bags are non-returnable either.

The refund only applies to the returned items. The original shipping costs won't be refunded and the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
